Yes! We include a complimentary tool kit with every order to help you adjust your strap properly.
What movements do you use?
We use high-quality automatic movements, including: NH34, NH35, NH38 and VK63.
These globally recognized calibers offer reliable performance for everyday use.
What is a Mod watch?
A mod watch is a fully custom-built watch, hand-assembled using a Japanese automatic or hybrid movements, combined with aftermarket parts — usually crafted from 904L stainless steel.
How long does shipping take?
We typically need 10-11 business days for your watch to be made.
After that, shipping time ranges from 3-5 business days, depending on the selected shipping method and destination country.
In total, the entire process usually takes around 14–17 business days.
Can i return my watch?
Yes. You may return your watch within 7 days of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:
It has a manufacturing defect
It is unused
It is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached
Where is my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation will be automatically sent to your email as soon as you complete your purchase.
If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact us via email to check if there was an issue with your order.
